Almost as good

I've come to the conclusion that my 7 pounds (of marital bliss of coarse ;) that I've gained post-wedding is in part caused by... Starbucks.


I usually consume about 3 "sugar free vanilla soy lattes" in a week and although the sugar free syrup & soy milk combo seem to be a healthier choice, the soy milk has actually 14 grams of sugar!
